Which technology is behind the ReadyMac?
The ReadyMac is based on proven EREMA TVE technology. It provides solutions that are impressive in engineering and cost-effectiveness:
- Efficient filtration: Degassing takes place after filtration, a proven method of processing printed and contaminated waste material.
- High flexibility: This plastic waste recycling machine can process film, flakes, nonwoven, and regrind material. It uses a multipurpose screw and a robust SW RTF® screen changer to make high-quality recycled pellets.
- Impressive throughput: Up to 500 kg/h with LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, PP, PS, PC and ABS, and up to 450 kg/h with HDPE.
- Integrated frequency converters: These ensure that the main drives on the preconditioning unit and extruder screw provide a steady output. This works with different types of material without needing a different screw.
