Cersa: Success with the ReadyMac 500 in Ecuador
Cersa is a Latin American company based in Ecuador that has a solid track record going back more than 15 years. In Ecuador, they were one of the first companies to
- manufacture 100% recycled post-consumer raw material (PCR) and
- food-safe PET films
Challenge: Cersa was already using various suppliers to process its plastics. The company unexpectedly received new and larger material flows. As a result, their production capacities were stretched to the limit.
Solution: The ReadyMac 500 is a standardized recycling machine that is always in stock and therefore available quickly. This standard version also keeps the price down to an attractive €375,000. That is why Cersa chose the ReadyMac 500 to enable them to process the new material flows quickly. We delivered a machine to Ecuador. Thanks to the immediate availability, prompt delivery, and fast commissioning, a smooth process was in place after just two days.
Results: With the ReadyMac 500, Cersa was able to increase production capacities. Cersa also sees great potential for processing additional input materials in the future. For this reason, they are planning to buy a second machine.
Munster Polymers: Quick implementation in Ireland
Munster Polymers is a recycling company based in Ireland. For more than 15 years, the company has been recycling plastics from post-industrial commercial waste and preparing it for reuse.
Challenge: Munster Polymers urgently needed a new recycling machine. Due to the long delivery times typical for the industry, the search for a suitable solution was difficult.
Solution: After a quick and successful initial discussion, the purchase contract was signed within a week. The ReadyMac 500 was put into operation just five weeks later.
Results: With its expanded capacities, Munster Polymers was able to start operation quickly and is now successfully processing HDPE, films, and regrind material with the ReadyMac 500.
